Our Vision Research and Sports
Science (VISP) Laboratory began as a center for basic vision research, and in
recent years, has incorporated the new area of sports science, with an
emphasis on the application of eye movement-related technology to
sports, particularly golf and basketball. The most recent
innovation has been the use of wireless technology to measure eye, head,
and putter motions during the golf putting stroke.
